This is a logo design I did.
...I don't know if it was ever used or not.

Ehrnschwender Studios

my dad has been throwing ceramic bowls for years now,
and has finally decided to start selling them
to those in need of cool hand-thrown ceramic bowls.

so of course he asked me to design him logo.
and of course i made him one.

( to be honest, i think this is one of my better logos. )

you can check him out on instagram.
and if you are real lucky,
you might be able to catch him selling his bowls
around the Cincinnati area.

LionWing Publishing

Basement Game Boutique is now LionWing Publishing.
Here is some of the logo work i designed for this endeavor:

They already has a really awesome lineup in the works.
So if you are interested,
Stay tuned and check out his site here:

Basement Game Boutique

i have been really busy lately with a variety of projects;
the main one has been helping get Basement Game Boutique
up and running with a buddy of mine.

this is a cool new company a friend of mine has started ( with a little help from me )
based on the thought of creating card and board games that are inspired by JRPGs.

so we actually did just that.
and are currently working on bringing a really cool original card game to Kickstarter
called Battles of the Gemini Guard.

i will be posting more about this project along with its launch,
so stay tuned if this seems like something you would be into.

the real reason for this post is to share the logo designs i developed for this project:

this was a fun logo project for me.

the hoppy gear heads

a co-worker at my old work came up with the cool idea of starting a bike club
that gets together to simply ride to different local breweries.

the cincinnati chapter fell inactive after 2-3 rides, but i still believe.

music in the woods

I created this poster and postcard for the Imago Earth Center; which is a great little nonprofit focused on nature conservation, education, and community here in Cincinnati.

Music in the Woods is Imago's largest event. It is a grand celebration of summer with all things local. The family-friendly event features fun activities, a silent auction, local food and beverages, and wonderful music, all taking place on Imago's beautiful and centrally-located nature preserve.

I have been working with them for the last couple of years and can easily say that they are the greatest people to work with.

So if you like hanging out in the woods and listening to bluegrass, then you should consider checking out this event:
(excuse our website, its update is still in the early stages and a work in progress)

hand-eye conglomerate

I used to have friends who would talk about doing art with me.
I called us the hand-eye conglomerate.

eve floral co.

I recently got to collaborate with my friend Evelyn to help her with designing a logo for her new floral business.
Be sure to check out her site as well (she does some pretty amazing flower work)!

his & her brew labels

awhile back a good friend of mine decided to get married to his girlfriend. thusly i was asked to design labels for their table top gifts at the reception, which were home brews made by the groom himself.

this was the result:

splash n' dash

this was originally created for a triathlon that was sponsored by the YMCA back in 2010.

the british miler

I was recently asked to try and come up with some quick concepts for a logo design (that would be potentially used for a documentary about British Olympic hopefuls in the 1500m/Mile).

here is the final design I came up with:

below are a few of the initial concepts that led to this design:
